I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and gave me great recommendations for transportation and local attractions. The cleanliness was amazing, especially the bedrooms and the breakfast had a lot of variety. I also appreciated the convenient parking and the good facilities.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was very very helpful! On-site restaurant Anahi was a bonus, had dinner there. Room was good value.

Great location, close to downtown and shopping area. The swimming pool is a plus, it's clean and well maintained. Breakfast is decent and there's plenty to choose from.
The room was small and basic, and could use some updates. The walls had some noticeable marks on them. Also, the amenities in the bathroom were sparse.

It was also very close to the port, which was really convenient when I wanted to go for a walk along the coastline. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. the rooms were clean and well-kept, and I really appreciated the fact that the air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool.
The hotel was not as luxurious as I was expecting, and some areas could have used a bit of a refresh. the towels in particular were quite thin and worn-out, so that was a bit disappointing.

The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar and a spacious in-room safe. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. There was also a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels for entertainment. I definitely felt like I was being pampered in this hotel.

The hotel’s placement was quite decent, being nearby the shopping area and a short distance from the port – excellent if you want to explore the city. Our room was spotless and had a decently-sized bathroom. the staff was helpful and ready to assist with any queries. the hotel also had a decent breakfast spread, and the parking facilities were good.
The air-conditioning system in the room was quite noisy, and it ruined our sleep.
